Hello to all those who drive and care about safety,

My name is Hod Fleishman, I am one of the two founders of GreenRoad. Driving safety is a real concern for individuals and corporations alike. The negative outcome irresponsible driving is immense.

Our starting point at GreenRoad is that the driver is at the center of our universe. We believe that by providing drivers with knowledge and feedback on how they drive, they will do the right thing, and improve their driving.

Today, after numerous studies, projects with fleet drivers, parents and teen drivers, and millions of hours of data collected and analyzed, we can say that our initial intent is now a fact.

Drivers using our technology are safer, and as it turns out greener. Safer driving is also environmentally friendly driving. So if you care about your fuel bill, or your life, it’s worthwhile making the effort and driving safely.

I spend a lot of time on the road between Israel, Europe and the US evangelizing for safety and it's benefits. As part of my evangelistic efforts I thought this blog would serve as a good teaser to cause people to look at safety in a different way. To question our preconceptions about safety and to encourage action.
